Yes, you can do that. The invoice gives you an option to put a caption of the invoice depending upon your preference.
You can call it Tax Invoice or Receipt or Zero Tax invoice. Since you fill in the item price and Tax part by yourself, hence you have the flexibility to add the tax component or no tax as part of the invoice
